"Mike Carroll came out the same day on one of the hottest days we had seen at that point in the year. Within hours of me calling him, he squeezed us into his busy schedule. We needed a brand new heat pump bc ours tore up and we had been without air for 3 days battling 117 degree temp inside our home. He came on a Tuesday, told us we needed a new one and offered financing options. By the next morning, he showed up with a new one and Hunter installed it in under 2 hours. We are so grateful for their professionalism and quick pace to get us back comfortable. I have recommended and I will continue to recommend customers to this business. "Mike tried to fix our system but it was beyond that. He made recommendations and we decided on a new central unit complete with a new attic air handler also. Mike came out with two men, replaced everything, and left the work areas cleaned up. They were careful not to damage anything in the house, they didn't track debris on the carpets, no scratches on the walls, etc. Every conversation was courteous, all three were professional, no smoking, COVID-sensitive, the whole thing. Outstanding experience that made writing that big (but reasonable) check worth it. Mike isn't some presumptuous, overcharging kind of guy. He's just a nice guy who provides great service at a fair price. The only mistake you could make with him is not calling him."
