"We had a leak in our attic and it was not only messing up the attic but also leaking onto the ceiling of our bathroom. I called a few places and they all did their free estimate. But only one guy, Samuel of HK, told me the damage is severe, and my roof may need to be replaced, and could possibly be covered under insurance. He went through and determined the shingles were an older and unusual make. He knew there was possible wind and hail damage and felt we had a good chance that insurance would cover it. I didn't get this attention to detail with any other guy or estimate. Just a big estimate on fixing the area of the roof that was leaking. I called my home owners insurance and when he came out to review the damage, Samuel was also there to work with him. They both went up on the roof and into the master bathroom and verified the damage. Sam worked with the insurance guy and we were able to get the entire roof replaced through insurance. We also got the ceiling fixed through the same HK company. Samuel was available throughout the whole process via text or phone when I had questions. The job took one day, and Sam came to inspect once completed. I was very happy I was able to work with HK, I would recommend them to anyone needing a construction or roofing job and want to work with true professionals. Thanks Sam for all you did!"

"We just got a new roof put on due to some hail damage, and Sam and his team were amazing. They walked us through every step of the process and explained everything very well. They did an initial (free) inspection of the roof and showed me what they were looking for as well as what an insurance adjuster would be looking for. Sam then personally came out and met with the adjuster to ensure that they were on the same page during the insurance adjuster process. The approval process was incredibly easy, and I'm certain it was due to Sam being willing to work with the adjuster when they came out. The roof was completely replaced within one day, and the team (including Sam) did a thorough cleanup to ensure there were no nails or garbage left after the replacement. The entire process was painless and Sam was able to explain all of the details that I wouldn't have even known to ask about. Highly recommend the HK team!"

"HK put a roof on our home. We went through our insurance, and whatever we didn’t understand, they were there to explain and help us. After they put the roof on, we expected to find nails in our yard. The employees did a great job picking up the nails. They were very thorough enough to come back the next day and do another clean-up of the nails they missed. We had a few things with our insurance that I didn't know how to take care of. Within a few hours, it was all taken care of by the staff. The crew was absolutely wonderful. The best roofing company, hands down, that we ever used."

Sam, Alyson, and the rest of the team over at HK Construction really earned my ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. Sam and Alyson walked our roof with the insurance adjuster, and our claim was 100% approved. They got us on the schedule quickly and replaced the roof in 1 day. Sam stayed late to ensure all debris and nails were cleaned up. Alyson went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I was completely happy with all the repairs. Always very friendly and responsive, she also stopped by to check on all the work and hand deliver our repaired screens. HK Construction took time to make sure the job was done to MY satisfaction, not just the insurance company.
