Nicki answered the phone and after a long conversation I set up a contract. I called McCown and was able to get an appointment set up. The tech we had come out was Dusty. I can’t not say enough good things about him. He gave me a call ahead when he was on his way, showed up within the window I was told and was extremely polite and professional. He listened to all my concerns and with having a newborn in the house it was greatly appreciated. He was able to find the problem and fix it. "Great company to work with. My AC unit was struggling and the tech (Drew) came out earlier than scheduled, had it up and running in no time, and stuck around to ensure we felt a difference. When working with them on the phone they were courtesy, and very thorough in what I should expect. Drew was also outstanding. He gave some advice on ways to cool the house down, suggestions on managing the ac unit and explained everything in a way I could understand."
