"I was walking in front of a business with a stop sign and one of their repair men attempted to run the stop sign, almost ran me over, and then sped past me glaring and spinning his tires five feet from me after I pointed the stop sign out to him. I don’t know who the driver is but if his character is any indication of the types of people who run this plumbing business, they will not be hearing from me. Try hiring people who don’t put others lives in danger."

"I was assigned to this company by my home warranty company. I left two messages on their answering machine. Had called two days ago and the following day. They never called me back. Every time I called, I always got an answering machine. Nobody every picks up this phone, no matter what time of day you call. Not good customer service. Needless to say my home warranty company had to assign another plumbing company and they came out right away."

"This company was assigned to me from my home warranty company back in 2011 to replace my water heater. June 19, 2023 my water heater goes out and a new company is assigned to replace the old one. Little did I knew my whole family life was in danger do to the faulty insulation and ventilation from Plumcraft Service. They fell to bring my pipes up to code and now I have to pay out of pocket in order to get a new water heater installed. Gas has been exposed in our home for 12 years now and we've been unaware of it. Do not recommend."

"Ben and his assistant were very professional and efficient. Showed up on time to assess the problem. Showed up on time a few days later to install new water heater. Did a good job. Even came back in a few days at our request to increase the water pressure which was set too low."
