"Adam and Jacob are amazing, skilled young men! What a testimony to the quality of people that General employs. They were both so kind and thoughtful as they worked inside our home (2nd floor walk-in attic) to replace a major-sized air handler. "Had the company come out to clean out my units. The technician apparently had turned the fan down to the lowest setting, so when I woke up the next cold morning my thermostat read only 63 degrees, even though I set the temp to 70. They sent another person out on a Sunday to check the system and he found the issue within 10 minutes - thank for they have someone on call every day of the week. I would give them a 5, except for the slight error the first technician made when he changed the fan setting to so low. The unit is working very well now. Thanks to Mike for getting to me on a Sunday!!!"
