"I had a really bad experience with this lawnmower repair shop. My lawnmower was in their shop for two weeks, and they charged me $80 for diagnostics. After that, they claimed it needed $450 for repairs. I decided to take it back, replaced the battery myself, and it started working perfectly. Their diagnostics seemed completely pointless."
"Fixed my weed eater perfectly! Reasonably priced and friendly service. I will definitely use them again."
"Waited several weeks for my saw to get fixed. I attempted to call several times left messages awaiting word on my saw. Well today I went to ask why & with attitude that he's not gonna work on it. First off that could have been said weeks ago. Second why be so rude to the customer??? If possible please take your stuff elsewhere. Very rude place to deal with!!!!!"
"I read some of the less than perfect reviews on here BEFORE going there. It sounds to me as if most peoples negative experiences are the result of not being in a good mood to begin with. What you dish out will more than likely be returned to you by the average person. So if you bring a bad attitude you’re more than likely going to get a less than perfect attitude in return. On the issue with the guy who was told his equipment was ready and when he got there it was not ready could easily be excused by a clerical error. However, if it was MY business, i would offer a discount on his repair bill for the mistake. My trip to this shop was for a missing bolt on my Husqvarna weed eater. They DID have my bolt in stock & although i could t install it properly while on their properly (lack of tools), i was served without any attitudes. Did the lady greet me with a smile or chipper attitude? No. But that isn’t a requirement of doing business either. I bought my bolt & left. Try to remember to bring a good attitude with you wherever you go."
"Dropped off my three-month old Husqvarna weedwacker after the head clasp failed. Product should be under warranty. Dropped it off, three weeks later, get a call that it's ready. Great. Go pick it up and it was not fixed. Very disappointed. Left it there for them to fix. They don't work fast and they don't work well. I'll update if they actually fix it in a reasonable time. Don't go here if you don't have to."
