"I have found the bigger service companies to be all about the money, and not much (if at all) about ethics. With all these "highway robbers" out there, it's hard to believe you can still find an honest plumber that cares about doing a great job at a great price, and about earning their customers' trust and repeat business. After choosing Ken's to solve two different leaky plumbing situations two years apart, I can say that Ken's Plumbing is one of those few that cares to do it right and to do their customers right. May there be more service companies like Ken's!"

"My mom purchased a gas hot water heater from Kens Plumbing of Greenville SC. I would definitely NOT recommend this business to anyone. They have had to return to my mom's home numerous times, and she still DOES NOT have HOT water. They have threatened her in terms of not opening some shed door they put around the hot water heater or they won't be responsible, and they didn't even build the shed). It's so sad that mom is to the point of SETTLING for a warm bath instead of the HOT bath she paid for...over $3K! (which other business owners I have met and told of this, gasped at)."

"Ken's Plumbing is AWESOME!!! Many plumbers advertise that they are "Emergency Plumbers", but Ken's Plumbing truly is a 24/7/365 emergency plumbing company. We recently moved to Greenville and were having some cabinets installed in our new home. The contractor accidentally drilled a hole in our water line and we had water gushing from the wall onto the floor. If that isn't an emergency, I don't know what is. We called several so called Emergency Plumbers, but they couldn't come for two days?!? We called Ken's Plumbing and Noah the plumber arrived at our home within 2 hours (without an ARK). He identified the leak, gave us a very reasonable quote and proceeded to fix the problem within 30 minutes. He even stayed for some additional time to make sure there weren't any additional leaks and he then said goodbye and left. We were able to complete the cabinet installation that day and avoided further damage to our home thanks to Ken's Plumbing. They truly lived up to their motto, and made us smile that day!!!"
