"Have used X 4. Twice for built-in microwave oven, twice for refrigerators. The good: Mark is nice to work with. The bad: Very expensive on each service. Had to take microwave to shop to fix and it was 3 weeks to get it back. Last problem December 20th with older French door refrigerator.... did not respond to text. Called office and made appointment for 3 days later. Received call from Mark with children playing in background (Dec 23) and he did not want to come diagnose problem ($50), as he was sure it would be compressor and said they have stopped repairing compressors...."takes too much time". Planning to sell this house in next 12 months, so really wanted to try to keep it running, but he convinced me not to come out. A week later, after shopping for new, watched a few Youtube videos (funny this is mentioned by another reviewer) to see if any easy "diagnostic test" could determine if it was the starter relay or the compressor itself. I ordered the part for $12 on Amazon and I installed it (I am not in any way a mechanic) easily watching several videos and Low and Behold....the compressor started right up, and I had fully functioning refrigerator/freezer again and did not have to spend $1500! Going to try someone else next time."

"All tho I did not have to have the service man come out the lady was very helpful my 25 year old Maytag washer just died on me, and after talking with the lady decided to just go get a new washer. Parts for the deceased was very limited, and they no longer made the mother board. My thanks to Dickson Appl.I would recommend them to all."
