Called next day to check on it and they said they could not work on my computer bc it would power on for 3 seconds then cut off, funny it had been sitting at my house powered on for days. So what was supposed to be a $40 quick fix so I could get into my computer turned into them breaking it and now I have no computer. DO NOT USE GEEK SQUAD."
"The service people were friendly but when I was called to come back and pick up my computer (60miles away) they hadn’t tested it, it was still broken, and they had to send it off for three weeks. They have reached out to see if they can rectify it somehow but I still haven’t gotten my computer back yet. So, we will see how it goes."
