Alan, whom I believe is the owner, was incredible. As soon as I walked in the building he reassured me that everything would be okay and that he and his team would do everything possible to not only get me a good deal, but great quality as well. Randy worked on my car and I immediately was relieved when I started driving the car again. Alan and his staff were so nice, understanding, and great at their jobs. Brakes 4 less did my brake inspection for free, and then told me two possible options. I felt the value was great, the options they gave me were reasonable and affordable. my brakes are no longer squeaking and the front desk guy was incredibly nice and helpful."
