Jones Appliance Service

"I contacted AHS because my washing machine wasn't filling up with water properly or draining and it was making a knocking sound. They had Jones Appliance Service contact me to set up an appointment for a repair person to come out. I was contacted by someone from Jones Appliance Service the very next day and I set an appointment. Russell contacted me 30 minutes prior to arriving on the day the repair was scheduled for. Russell arrived at the time promised, he was very professional and he fixed the problem(at least we thought he did lol) anyway it stopped working again a couple of days later so I contacted AHS to let them know that the washing machine was broken again. I had to go through the process of setting another appointment for a repair person to come out (I did not mind at all) so Russell came out a second time he discovered the issue again and he was also able to figure out why the washing machine performed as it was fixed when he attempted to fix it the first time. Once Russell got everything figured out he told me what the problem and the part that was needed and that he was going to put a rush on the order. He also apologized for my inconvenience and thanked me for my patience. When the part came in Russell fixed my washing machine and told me to run it hard over the weekend because he had every confidence that the problem had been solved. He was right. My washing machine has been working beautifully since last Friday (01/26/24). I am satisfied with the service, professionalism, and diligence that Russell displayed every time he came out to work on my washing machine. He even texted me this morning to ask if the washing machine gave me any trouble. I will definitely be using Jones Appliance Service again in the future."

"Great Service, replaced control board on ice maker now ice maker works great. Only ones that will work on Samsung refrigerators . Well pleased!"

"We have a 28 ft.³ Whirlpool five door refrigerator that would not defrost properly and the ice would build up on the coils and eventually stop the fan from moving and making an awful noise. We had three other local appliance repair companies come out and all they wanted to do was charge $75 to defrost the ice off the coils and the fan. They were completely useless. We gave up for months and resorted to defrosting it ourselves believing there was no one competent enough in the area or willing to put in the work to figure out what was wrong. We contacted Jones Appliance and scheduled an appointment. They came out on time and notified us 15 minutes before arriving. In just a few minutes, the Jones Appliance repair man identified the issue. It was a bad control board. He ordered the part and came back out a few days later. It was a tough repair because after he replaced the control board, he identified that when the control board went out, it blew two fuses so it was a chain of events. He was very competent, professional, and diligent. (I wish I remembered his name. Son of the owner. Super nice.) I would highly recommend them. I will never use another appliance company in the Spartanburg area because they’re lazy and incompetent."

"Russell called ahead, arrived on schedule, replaced my cook top and took away the broken one, all in a very friendly and professional manner. Can't ask for more than that. All good."

"Had to make an appointment about 4 days in advance. They took a long time as I was the last on the list for that day. There was about a five hour waiting window for them to visit. So I took time off and the technician came a few hours after the window but had communicated to me that they were behind. He was able to assess the issue and gave me a rather pricey quote, but also gave me an affordable option to try myself before spending unnecessary money. I appreciated that honesty. Outside of the service fee I was able to fix on my own and much cheaper."
