"Just the worst, at every contact over the last 2 years as my machine has broken, now 4 times, leaving me with a working eliptical for all of 5 months in that time. Wayne, Operator#1, is rude, condescending and unhelpful in the extreme. Imagin hearing this in his bor5ed, rude and condescen ding voice, over and over and over; "It is our policy not to extrend warranties, sir; it's in your contract," and this was just about the only thing he would say in response to any of my questions, including when I requested to escalate my ticket. A warranty is supposed to be protection against functional problems encountered while being able to use the thing. Any downtime encountered while I was unable to use the thing due to its being broken so much while any technician who was contacted refused to actually show up should, in the spirit of the having a warranty, be added to the end of the warranty; this is crystal clear to me, as it would be to any consumer. Give these people your money out of a spirit of generosity; do not expect anything ethical in return. Also, Wayne reported to me that Barnette lied to him regarding our conversation we had an hour before I was subjected to Wayne's awful, rude, condescending and utterly unhelpful service. So, my experience today consisted of liars and rude people, all at the hands of United Technical Sertvices "Support" Technicians."
