"I paid Steven to repair (2) leaks. Next day both were still leaking. I called Steven several times and he would not return my calls. After (2) weeks I found a reputable plumber to fix both problems. I do not recommend Steven for any plumbing work. Use this service at your own risk. Remember you have been warned!"

"This experience as a first-time home buyer and dealing with someone working on our house has been a disaster. This man took our money no final receipt (I have requested twice now) and now the job is still not complete. We have been trying to get him to our house for 4 weeks to complete the job. We switched from electric to gas hot water. Since the pipeline has been ran by piedmont, we are in a contract with them or will be liable for the price of that work as well. He will not call us only communication has been through text. Once I told him the pipeline was done and everything was ready for him to come. He said he would be out in a few days. No call no show....then responds randomly that he truck broke down. Here we are two weeks later and he still has not came to finish the job THAT IS ALREADY PAID FOR!! Over $7,000 later and now we have to pay another company to complete the job and bring it up to code, because the work this man did is not up to code! Do not use him!"

"I called Mr. Steven to come help me with low water pressure in my bathroom and also to install my new kitchen sink. I was very pleased with how Prompt and professional he was. He even helped me reset my lawn irrigation system and wouldn’t charge me for it. I recommend this company to anyone. I will definitely be using them again."
