"While the customer service is amazing, the lovely jacket I bought shrunk and puckered terribly. I cared for it properly and even took it back for it to be pressed or steamed. It didn’t look much better. I washed it again….2nd wash …cold water, gentle cycle and it puckered terribly again. Very very unhappy. UPDATE: My problem with a linen Jacket has been perfectly solved! I took it back again and there was acknowledgement that the jacket and had not performed as it should had. I was given a gift certificate for the full price…..found a lovely dress, and got that as a replacement. I am very happy. Everything was handled in a very professional and friendly way. "If you are interested in shopping this brand, do yourself a favor and order directly from the 120% Lino's website. This ensures you have a more customer-friendly experience and have full protection to refund the product. I stopped in to this store on a recent trip and had a very negative experience. While I was in the dressing room, the store manager pressured my husband to start an order. I was too polite during the interaction, but since the manager said she was ordering the item, it was my understanding that the purchase would have the protection of the brand / website policy (full refund, minus shipping, within 30 days of purchase). I called to cancel the order, prior to it being processed or shipped, but the store is refusing to refund the purchase. I've spoken with multiple people to try resolve and have escalated to corporate to hopefully get a resolution. 120% Lino is a luxury brand and the experience at this store is anything but. Strongly recommend you either buy direct or from a retailer that has a more modern, and expected, return policy."
