"I should have read reviews before purchasing anything at this shop. I paid $415 for a pair of beaded butterfly earrings that I found on the brand’s website for $74. Please please look up any brand you may be considering purchasing from this shop. The mark up is absolutely ridiculous. The store was sneaky and removed the packaging from the earrings so it was difficult to know what you were buying. So so dishonest. Please please do not go here. Do not go here."

"Loved the shop until I realized after my purchase that the shop does not refund if you return an item. That information is only stated on the receipt at the bottom in very fine print. You have to get store credit or exchange. The owner is very difficult as she does not return emails or phone calls. The owner also raises the cost of items 4 times recommended retail. This store has a D rating with the Better Business Bureau. Shopper beware. Very unethical business practices. It was so disappointing to visit such a beautiful city and be treated so poorly."

Although they didn’t have the perfect product for me, the salespeople searched every nook and cranny of the store trying to find something suitable. When they had exhausted all the possibilities, they did not give up. Cathy then took me over to another nearby store and helped me find exactly what I needed. I called my mother, and she was so excited and pleased. She has shopped at Christian Michi ever since."
