"The so called manager, Jose has no idea what he's doing!! I went in to have my taxes done, and did not have my direct deposit info with me at the time. Jose told me that I could have my refund sent to my daughter's account instead. I was kinda hesitant, but decided to listen to him, because after all, he is SUPPOSED to be the professional & be knowledgeable about these things. So then I asked him could I split the refund up, just in case I was not supposed to send it to my daughter's account, that way I would at least have some of my refund if anything went wrong. He had absolutely no idea how to do that! Fast foward, the bank didn't accept my refund to my daughter's account and sent it back to the IRS But Jackson Hewitt got their $500 before it was sent back, & now I'm stuck waiting on a paper check!!! When I called to confront Jose, he took no responsibility for his actions & in fact tried to blame me!! STAY AWAY FROM JACKSON HEWITT GUYS."
