"I had a $479.00 water bill and was totally shocked. Unaware that I had leaks that could be the main cause. Plumbing in Pink found my problem fast and sufficiently. Rusty explained the process and gave a couple of options so I would feel comfortable with my decisions. He was patient and professional. I would recommend Plumbing in Pink because they are reliable, thorough and gave me an exceptional service experience."

"Wow. What a turn around. My toilet had come loose again so I called what I thought was a great company. Rusty came out and they charged me $750 to replace the flange. I realize prices have gone up since 2017 when I last used them but I had no idea they would triple in 6 short years. And I wondered why I had to have the flange replaced again in just 6 years. After Rusty left, I noticed my toilet was rocking back to forth now instead of side to side. I called and they sent out another technician. When he left, there were shims sticking out from the base, there was wax EVERYWHERE, even on my front door knobs, I called for a third time and this time they sent someone who seemed to know what he were doing. He fixed everything and made it look nice and neat, however, there is now a large gap between the toilet and the floor, where there wasn't before. Laurie was nice enough to give me a $200 refund. I told her that I think a $200 refund was no longer enough since I had to have 2 people come out to correct the original job. That's having to stay home and be available 2 extra days. It's amazing how I so quickly went from valued customer to a seemingly pain in their neck. I have called and emailed and no one has gotten back to me. I am so disappointed in this company. I will not be using them again and I don't recommend you do either."

"Barry was professional, knowledgeable and had the problem diagnosed quickly. He ordered the needed part and had us scheduled for the install before he left. But, after he returned the problem continued and another part was needed. Barry was supposed to return the next day. He didn’t return and didn’t call. We called the company several times over the next couple of days and were only able to leave messages. No one returned our calls. We emailed the corporate office and Barry was finally sent back out 3 days later. We were then informed that Plumbing in Pink was doing away with the Myrtle Beach office and Barry had been let go. Communication from Plumbing in Pink would have been helpful and we could have had our air conditioning fixed days prior. Actually, the new part was installed incorrectly and the transformer and new board were both blown. We had to call another company to fix our air conditioner and the cost was 4 times what it should have been. I would not recommend Plumbing in Pink."
