"Update, Mark and Tony reached out and wanted to look at it personally. They checked it over and made everything right. They were very professional and understanding. The reason I changed 1 star to 4 stars. Issue has not been resolved. My son has his XR screen replaced on Monday. 4 Days later the top of the new screen shattered. It was not dropped or misused. The customer service person said he could not do anything about it because it looked like physical damage. We got a defective screen or it was not properly installed. Mark, the manager is not returning my phone calls. The technician understood my issue but does not have authority. I typically have a great experience with this company. I bring all of my families phones in for screen protection and repairs. But this 4 day screen for $100 is not acceptable."
