"Update, Mark and Tony reached out and wanted to look at it personally. They checked it over and made everything right. They were very professional and understanding. The reason I changed 1 star to 4 stars. Issue has not been resolved. My son has his XR screen replaced on Monday. 4 Days later the top of the new screen shattered. It was not dropped or misused. The customer service person said he could not do anything about it because it looked like physical damage. We got a defective screen or it was not properly installed. Mark, the manager is not returning my phone calls. The technician understood my issue but does not have authority. I typically have a great experience with this company. I bring all of my families phones in for screen protection and repairs. But this 4 day screen for $100 is not acceptable."

Lots of customers and I saw them deal with everyone with respect, kindness and professionalism. Thank you for the good work! I’ve had a lot of phones that need attention. Sometimes at the OTHER places which I’ve used in past, it felt a little shady or they don’t want to stand behind their work or they don’t want to honor some parts of a warranty.
