"I came in looking for a dress for an event I have this weekend. Upon coming in I was greeted immediately and after looking around for a few minutes a girl offered to start me a dressing room and asked what's I was shopping for. She helped me pick out a few dresses and was not annoyed at all that I had about 12 dresses in my dressing room. All of the workers were so so sweet and helpful, tyler was the only name I caught but the other 3 girls that were there were so amazing as well. All workers were super helpful, kind, and made me feel a lot more comfortable because I hate shopping for dresses alone, they just felt like my friends! I hope this review helps who ever ways working on 5/3 get some positive recognition!"
"Terrible customer service + management at this location! Have not been to the Mount P location yet but have had multiple negative experiences and have reached out to the owners for help. Advice: hire older, mature women who know how to treat your customers. hire GOOD leaders who know how to manage those under them."
"I have shopped at Style Exchange for years. They are my go-to boutique and a lot of my clothes in my closet are from Style Exchange. On Black Friday, the line for the dressing room was out the door, so I purchased items without trying them on with intention to bring them back. I am fully aware of their return policy (they do not give any refunds, only store credit which is also ridiculous but I let slide because I love their clothes) but apparently you only have 14 days to make an exchange or get store credit. That amount of time is absolutely ridiculous, but I thought that perhaps since I am such a loyal customer and was unaware of this, they could at least give me store credit. Nope! They said their system physically cannot give store credit past 14 days, so now I am stuck with $200 worth of clothing that does not fit. Like I said, I love the clothes. I am merely writing this review in hopes that it is seen and taken into account because it clearly shows that they do not care about their customers, and therefore won't care about you (whoever is reading this). I don't want to be a customer at a place like that."
"Super disappointed with this place. Went there once before my experience today and wasn’t impressed with the customer service. Still ended up buying some stuff. Decided to give it another opportunity today. Was told by the employee tending to the dressing rooms that I needed to keep my small cross body bag (that I can barely fit my phone in) outside of the dressing room. I told her politely that I didn’t feel comfortable with that, and she responded with “yeah sorry not my rules”. I then went to pay and was told my total was a significant amount more than what it really was- when I corrected the cashier all I got was attitude until she realized she was in the wrong. This place has some cute clothes but the staff ruins the experience completely and I will not be coming back."
"I had a frustrating experience at the store today regarding my account info because I had over 90 dollars in store credit, but they couldn’t find the account. Kylie was EXTREMELY helpful in helping find the purchase and making sure my account was found. I was told that the items I wanted to purchase could be shipped to me once they found my account since I am leaving Charleston for the summer, so I left the store and didn’t expect to hear back until the next day. 10 minutes after leaving, Kylie had called me and said that she found the information and I was able to get my store credit back. Despite the frustration of the situation, she made this experience much more pleasant than it should’ve been. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!"
