"I have been with this agent for over 9 + years and today was the worst experience that I have every had. Brenda must have been in a very bad mood or something today. She got real rude and nasty with me for some reason that I'm not clear about. I question her last month about issue with my policy so I think it might have been her issue. I had my niece go in to pay for my insurance today and she called me to say that Karen said that it was scheduled to be drafted on the 28th ....which I had spoken with Brenda on Oct.14 and asked her to stop the auto draft which she stated that she would. Well, I found out in November that it was still on as auto draft....I asked again for it to be removed and her and Courtney stated that it would be. Today I found out that it was not removed when Karen informed me and when I told Karen that I had spoken to Brenda in Oct. & Nov. to have it removed, Brenda jump into the conversation saying that she told me that if I stop the auto draft then I would have to pay a month I advance. When I told her that she did not tell me that.....she kept saying that she did and I stated to her again that she did not. She then said that they all had told me that...which is not true. I only spoke with her and Courtney and neither mention nothing to me. If they had, then I would have been perpared today when I sent my niece in there with my payment. Once I stated to her that No One told me she smart off and say well consider yourself being told today and that I needed to decide. She got loud, kept cutting me off when I was speaking and just pretty much refused my payment. If this is how you treat your customers who have been with you for years then you have a problem. I am extremely disappointed and as a result I will be making a complaint with State Farm and the Better Business Bureau. This did not make any sense at all......my niece even stated when she got to me that Brenda was wrong and rude."

"State Farm / Brenda Spearman customer for over 8 years. I was told my policy information had been sent to my loan officer for the closing on my new home. It is now 3 weeks before closing and no proof of insurance has been sent. I was never advised of any problems or issues - simply not contacted and then lied to when I called to check the status. Plenty of State Farm agents in the area - don't waste your time or money here."
