However, I made an appointment in order to get $10 off the repair but she found a way to add $10 to my bill saying the model was incorrectly stated (5s But was 5se) and claimed screen cost more. I was not happy. But paid full price. All my other experiences getting specialty batteries and headlamps (I use in my line of business a lot) were great. Sincerely. Randy M"

"The guy who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to change my iPhone battery, remove and replace my screen protector. My issue with the store is lack of staff. I called several weeks back and was told by whoever answered they do replace phone batteries but recommended I come in another day as they were swamped. Today I called and was told they were currently not busy and to come on in. Got there and I was only car in parking lot. Two guys working but told my phone would not be ready for almost as hour as there was one phone ahead of me. The guy was super nice and explained when the other employee left he would be the only one there to complete work and deal with other customers. Completed my paperwork and took my phone. Before he could get to the back 4 customers came in. (So after me). The guy had to work with these customers: replaced a watch battery; replaced a car key fob battery; one guy left!!; the replaced a laptop battery. I was like okay so now he will complete my battery exchange but another lady came in and needed a phone battery change so he completed her phone service at counter. I was getting ready to say just give me my phone back, but he went into back and fix the phone in less than 10 minutes. During this time, the other employee left saying a family member was in an accident but.... that was after the 3rd repair above. The clerk had to charge my phone as the new battery was dead but did give me the option to just take it and charge and if issues to bring it back. Charged to 3% to make sure it worked. Of all the customers he worked with, I spent more money than they did on iPhone battery change and screen protector exchange plus took 5 times longer than any of them did. The store manager or owner needs to have more staff like someone to just work register and maybe a tech guy to complete the work. If someone is waiting, I would also recommend not taking every customer that comes in and complete there needed while others are waiting. Take a number!!! Or tell them someone is in front of them and have them wait as well. I must say the clerk did give me a time that my phone would be ready but said it really shouldn’t take that long. So I could have left. But.... even if I had left and returned, he started on my phone after the time stated it would have been ready regardless."
