"John the plumber was nice enough, They found the leak, dug a hole in my floor and fixed it. That’s the best of it, though as they left my carpet pulled back(which I don’t know how to fix) and the furniture moved about without putting it back. I took the day off of work without pay in anticipation of them returning to clean up. Then they sent me the invoice for payment, so I guess it really is up to us to figure out.
