"Zero Stars!….Not only am I a business owner, I’m also a Google local guide. I’d been calling Advance to fix my ice maker and walk-in cooler since October of 2023, I kept being told a tech would call and set up a time to come out but that never happened. So I call for the fourth time recently and was finally told that my business was black listed five years ago when the “previous” owner cussed a technician and although I’m the new owner, the president mr. Michael Whitfield still refuses to service my business because of what someone, whom I’m not associated with, did years ago. Sure I’ll take my business elsewhere, but not before I express how extremely unprofessional this is."
