"Today is 08/24/21, I went in right before lunch time. The clerk was friendly, engaging, but also let me roam, without over chitchatting. I needed that few minutes of quiet time for the therapeutic value shopping can render a woman who’s had a stressful week. The clerk was immensely helpful when I asked for assistance. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. The cutest clothes at unbelievably reasonable prices! Keep up the good work! I’m grateful Bashful has survived the epidemic and I’ll continue to be a loyal shopper."

"I just stopped into this cute spot for the second time today. The first time I went in I asked to use the restroom and was told they didn’t have one. They offered me earthfare across the street. I said no problem and put down what I was holding to do so but didn’t return that day. I went back a second time today because the clothes are cute and I wanted to give it another shot. As I was trying on some things I happened to overhear the lady checking out if she could use the facilities. An employee answered of course and guided her to the restroom. I also happened to overhear this customers total for her purchases right before she asked to use the bathroom and it was quite high. I hate to say it but it seems they only let people who spend a certain amount of money use the bathrooms I was told didn’t exist. I was a customer wanting to spend money not someone who came in off the street just looking for the bathroom. It made me take off the clothes I was trying on and leave without saying anything. usually I would have said something right then and there bc I prefer to tell a business what I think in person however there were a few customers and young ones at that and I didn’t want to ruin their experience simply because of my bad one. I love to support small local business but I expect the same respect in return and that means treating every customer the same."

"I've been shopping here for a while and never had to return anything. I was there Saturday and couldn't try on some things so the sales associate said I could return with no problem but failed to mention only with exchange or store credit. I returned two pieces three days later and was told "their policy". I realized the policy was on a small frame at the register but I never saw it in addition associate failed to state that very important policy. Very disappointing considering I just bought them three days ago....They just lost my business."
