"I am from Wilmington NC and had a lovely experience with Kim the owner. The shop is fabulous and my girlfriend purchased the white and beige striped pants and more goodies. I fell in love with a coral wrap with a soft natural fabric which I simply love. Kim is so personable and we highly recommend the shop."

"My mom has cancer and we went here to get her something nice on a rough day at the hospital. We skipped school so we could support her in Charleston. The owner asked my sister when school started and she replied “Last week”. The lady then went on and on about how there was a holiday already? Why were we out if school started? My sister stopped talking because she was uncomfortable and my mom stepped in. The owner began quizzing my mom asking if school started why weren’t we in it, was there a holiday. My mom tried to avoid the topic by saying if you have the internet you can look up the school calendar and check to see if there is a holiday. The owner replied “ Do you have the internet?” suggesting my mother needed to look up when school was open since the kids should have been in school. At that point my mother said “Oh, you are questioning my parenting style!” And the lady started yelling at us that she didn’t have to deal with this, it was her store, she wanted us out. The siblings left immeasurably but my mom was left walking alone and the lady was chasing her and yelling still. This woman was in the wrong, She was proven wrong in the moment and as a result she used her business as a weapon to harm others. Shop somewhere else... because her $200 items go to her head!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. The owner practically assaulted me after she repeatedly abusively interrogated my family as to why our children were not in school since school had just started. After I politely tried to avoid the topic, she kept on harassing us several more times suggesting I was a bad parent for what I can only assume were her assumptions that my kids were not in school because of a fear of covid (we wear wearing masks and she wasn’t). I am a cancer patient at MUSC and my children came to support me for an appointment. Her demeanor was aggressive, belittling and toxic. I did not feel it was her place to continually question us, nor did I feel like I had to explain myself and situation to her. As a result she attempted to snatch a dress from my hands and if she had I most likely would have fallen due to mobility issues I have from chemo and cancer. Luckily I was already releasing said dress to lay on a nearby chair. She then continued to scream at me right on my heels to the point I was scared I would trip from the stress and moving too quickly. She then threatened to call the police because I was not moving fast enough although my whole family had already vacated the store. At this point I told her if I fall because she is on top of me I will sue. Do not support this business because what happened to me never should have happened."

"Bought my wife a dress here. It’s a local place and the owner is very nice and helpful. The clothes they have have a really soft and light material (as in, what to wear when “feels like” temperatures is “oven”!). Love to shop local!"
