"I went last week and was asking about prices. I asked the Hispanic lady about a price and she gave it to me. 10mins later I asked about another purse that was beside her and I said how much is that purse? She said (that’s more expensive!) and turned around!! never attempted to get a price for me. Then I spoke with the manager over the phone and told her what happened and she replied with a “I’m not sure what you want me to do!” I said it not about what you can do is the damn customer service I received! Then says ok if you want to come in I can help you. I go in and I said thank you for helping I was very uncomfortable with that other lady. The manager makes a face like “I could care less what you say!” I couldn’t believe it!"

"I love Tory Burch, the brand and mission of what they stand for. I’ve visited and purchased from this location since they opened their doors. I was gifted Christmas gift cards last year. I visited this location 3x since then and walked out every time. Why, you ask. Because not one person spoke to me or offered me helped and I was prepared to spend money gift cards and some. Today restored my faith with this store. Christina welcomed me, helped me and treated me like no different than anyone else she encountered after my arrival. Christina gets all of my 5 star review today. Thank you, Christina for the exceptional customer service!"

"First off let me start by saying this is my second time purchasing Tory Burch ! I am beyond impressed with my second purchase more than my first ! Anna went above and beyond ! Customer service was Amazing ! When my package arrived , not only was the box not damaged but the product was packaged VERY NICE , VERY NEAT, and ORGANIZED! "My daughter and I visited yesterday and we were followed and watched the entire time we were in the store by an Asian employee. We felt very targeted and unwelcome and I believe 100 percent that the treatment was based on our race. Not once did she ask if we needed help finding something which made the behavior even more noticeable. My 12 year old daughter noticed this herself and brought it up to me as we exited the store. She was very upset especially since she’s not experienced this before as many of us have. This was totally unacceptable. I hate that in this day and age we still have to go through this treatment."
