"Racist. Nice to all of the black customers but didn't speak a single world to me and had the worst attitude ever. I can only assume it's because i'm white considering she was so nice to the black customers."

"Friday, March 24, 2023. I began calling at 4:40....my question needs a real person to answer and would take maybe 1.5 minutes to answer. I had already tried online in a variety of ways for the answer. No one would answer the phone. After calling several times, the phone was answered and set to the side. I could hear the lady talking to people at the drive through....she would have quiet periods but still would not pick up the phone to speak with me. I called out, I asked nicely, .....I'd hear them laugh....but no one was kind enough to pick up the phone. How sad that while at work and still (not taking care of customers), someone could not respond. :-("

"Deposited $230 cash into my account with an inside teller on October 20th 2022. I looked at my account on October 21st 2022 and it never posted to my account. I called the bank and no one answered. After an hour trying to reach this branch I called customer service. They filed a claim and I won't have my cash until Monday which is the next business day. So I deposited cash on Thursday and can't use it until Monday. I have 4 kids and bills like everyone else this is not ok to make a family wait 4 days to use thier own cash its even worse to not do your job as a teller and lose $230.00. The teller was blond and her teller ID is 00008. Stay away from this bank if at all possible I do not want anyone else to have to experience this."

"Horrible wait time. Every time we come here it’s an hour wait.. there’s only ever 2 tellers and they take their time in no sort of rush. On top of that their process is extremely slow and out dated. They also don’t allow you to do a lot of stuff from dt so they will make you come in after waiting an hour in dt just to wait another hour… this bank is inconsiderate, inconsistent, and very difficult on businesses trying to get in and out to return to work. Would not recommend this bank for any business accounts. You will definitely be here 1-2 hours every time you come."
