"Customer service is not a priority here. Business hours from 10-4? What is that?! You mean if I need to come in the bank I can't leave work early or show up a little late? I have to make time to come in the middle of the day? Do y'all even care about your customers? I was waiting outside from 9:30-10 for the branch to open and I had 9 other people waiting with me starting at 9:45. Employees inside walking around and chatting, but no one came and opened the door until 10?! Then when you get inside two people are standing there to greet you...not to help you. I only went in because the ATM had an error when I tried to withdraw $1k. Then I went in and she said the max is $1,100 withdraw at the ATM. Well, the ATM said the max was $1,200 and I wasn't even trying to withdraw that much. Then when I asked if I could order checks I was directed to go online and do it...Also if you want to withdraw a cashiers check they charge you....why? I keep my money here. I'm a member. You're making money on my money already. Why are you charging me for services that should just be offered because I have accounts here. I shouldn't expect more from a corporate bank but its just sad."
"I’m doing this review for the Merrill Lynch representative in The Bank of America.. I do not use this bank for my banking needs, I needed some help with a 401K account. McKinley Brown was very helpful in making my decision to stay with Merrill Lynch. He is an asset to the company and I will stay as long as he does. The most friendly and down to earth person I’ve met in that kind of environment. I’d be proud to call him my son. I expect to see him each time I need to. Thank you McKinley, so happy to have met you."
"This is multiple times I have visited this center and asked if a check I had would have a hold because of amount. They tell me yes and give me a receipt with hold date. Then I go home and get notification they have extended that date till few more weeks out. Untrustworthy branch with absolute terrible understanding of even financial knowledge at all. No wonder the branch only has 2 and half stars. I will be closing my account with this terrible institute on January 4 when the money finally transfer. Thanks for nothing as always. AVOID THIS BANK IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY TO BE YOUR OWN!!!!!!"
"Poor service. Treated rudely upon entering. icking up foreign money and screener at door told me to go sit down it could be a half hour. Email notice I got only said bring ID. Teller demanded I have cell phone, wanted to send some code, then ordered me to sign in to mobile banking which I do not use and could provide the additional unnecessary data. Got mad, frustrated and left. Win go back in a day or two with wife to assist me dealing with this. I am 75 BTW."
"I’m so disappointed with this bank stood in line for 10 minutes, just to cash a check. Then was told because I don’t bank here I need to have a seat and wait for someone to fingerprint me. There’s 3 people working in offices and ONE teller. The one girl at the front door asked 3 people after me what she could help them with, but not me. If she had asked I would’ve saved the 10 minutes waiting in line. One of the offices clears up and the woman at the front and the guy working the office start having a casual conversation meanwhile I am still sitting waiting just to cash a check. A $30 check. Finally get helped by someone after 25 minutes of sitting, and I tell him that I just need to be fingerprinted to cash this check. He says hold on and gets a fingerprint pad from...... wait for it........ BEHIND the tellers counter. So why do I have to be seated and wait to be fingerprinted by someone in an office? And finally he takes my fingerprint and my check and then come back and tell me they have to charge $8 to cash the check because I don’t bank with them even though the check was from their bank, ridiculous."
