"Just casually looking at the jewelry with my friend, and I noticed this young women hovering near the jewelry, but not necessarily looking at the jewelry. I decided to walk away to another part of the store while my friend continued to look at earrings. And surely the young lady continued to hover over my friend. Not being subtle at just crossed arms, staring at her. I walk up to my friend, who was going to P U R C H A S E an couple pairs of earrings, but luckily there are plenty of other nice stores around you can shop at that won’t assume you’re stealing! :)"

"The manager today was extremely nasty to me and followed me around the store assuming I was trying to steal. I was trying on a pair of earrings and I turn around and she’s standing there blocking me. She rudely asks me “let me ask you a question. What are you trying to do? Try them on?” And I respond “yes.” And she replies curtly, “the mirror is over there.” Bizarre, completely uncomfortable experience."

"Went into the store and the man working in there was very rude. I didn’t hear him greet us and when I did not immediately acknowledge his greeting he got very sassy with me. I told him I had not heard him and he continued to chastise me for not acknowledging him. I’m not sure how this store expects to make any sales if they are rude to customers within the first 30 seconds of walking in. There are too many stores/boutiques in Hilton Head to waste my money in a store where employees treat customers in this manner."

"I visited Francesca's with my daughter looking for a Homecoming dress. The girls were knowledgable about their product, what they had in stock, shoes to match, prices, etc. Will definitely shop there again."
