"Horrible customer service!!! The girl in the olive green jacket is constantly on her phone and terribly rude. I'll go farther out next time to a better dunkin that has better service."

"Sat at the drive through window for 20 minutes waiting on two lattes and two bagels. which should be easy enough. took forever. got the drinks, tasted like spoiled milk, it is not consumable. the bagels barely have any cream cheese on them and they are burnt to a crisp. terrible service, took forever, and wasted 18 dollars, and thirty minutes of my life."

"I did not have a good experience here today 10/16/23. I ordered at the kiosk, two donuts ( once chocolate frosted with sprinkles and one double chocolate) and a bottle Pepsi. Went to order pick up and waited 5 mins. Lady behind the counter asked kinda rudely ( my opinion) can I help you sir? I said yes I’d like my two donuts and Pepsi please. She grabbed them and handed them to me. I didn’t open the donuts til about three miles down the road only to realize they didn’t even read my order and gave me two donuts I did not order. I don’t usually get good service or bad service at Dunkin just service but this was bad service all around."

"Probably the worst service I've ever had at a Dunkin' if I'm being honest. The wait in the line was extended, line almost in the street but... it was early in the morning and everyone is trying to get in and get their coffee so I understand. I noticed that the woman taking orders through the speaker was extremely rude! Interrupting the woman ordering in front of me several times, speaking over her, asking her to repeat herself several times. When I got up to the order speaker it was simple because I already knew what I wanted but the lady still found a way to have an attitude with me. When I got to the window I handed the woman my card and she just looked at me, turned around and then back around, after a second she read my order, I confirmed it and then she took my card. She handed it back and shut the window. After several minutes another woman snatched the window open and said very aggressively "Ma'am... what are you still waiting on?!?!" I told her "Um... everything... I haven't gotten anything yet..." she just looked at me, probably trying to figure out if I was lying I guess, looked around, read my order to me again, looked to her right where my oder had been sitting, and finally handed it to me. Cream on top of my drink had already melted. I work 5 minutes from here and when I got to my office and opened my bag it. My sandwich bag looked crumpled up like they balled it up and unraveled it to put my sandwich in it, my bagel was brunt but I took a bite giving it the benefit of a doubt and, in fact, it was burnt and was inedible. It's a good thing I don't usually come here because I won't be back."

"Unfortunately, this Dunkin shouldn’t even get a one star for the rudeness and unprofessional behavior by both the staff and supervisor. We waited patiently in the drive-through until an employee finally took our order. We got up to the window and they gave us what was supposed to be a chocolate sprinkle donut, but it had very few sprinkles on it. We showed the employee the donut with paper underneath it to ask if we can get a donut with more sprinkles. Once she came back with the supervisor she said the donuts came that way and I said okay. And the supervisor then told me to drive away and pointed for me to leave. I politely said I was waiting for my coffee. We also ordered hash browns with ketchup and didn’t get any ketchup. When I asked the cashier what the issue was, because she looked so angry, she said “go ahead,” motioning with her hands for me to drive away. At this point, I asked to speak to the supervisor. When the supervisor came, I told her that the employee was being rude and I didn’t understand why. The supervisor was very unprofessional and told me I was being rude because of how I had handed the donut to the drive-through attendant. She said I should of put the donut back in the bag. How could the employee see what I was talking about if I didn’t show her the donut? The whole interaction was ridiculous. They were rude, unprofessional and didn’t even give us a receipt. I have never been treated this way. I work as a first responder and deal with the public all the time and would never talk to someone the way these women did to us. When I asked what I did wrong to be treated this why, they had no answer except to say how I showed them the donut. Unfortunately, Dunkin Donuts has been my go-to since growing up in NYC. I think I will just pay the extra money and be treated better somewhere else. I will be calling Dunkin’s corporate office when they’re open on Monday. No one should be treated the way we were treated today. We also did not eat the donut or the coffee after that interaction. So it was all a waste of time and money. It’s becoming a very sad world when people can treat other people with such hate. After leaving, we looked at the reviews for this Dunkin and they were horrible. Something needs to be done to fix this issue. This is what the donut looked like when we received it."
