"I hate to post a bad review because I love coach men’s wear. Unfortunately I have to today. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful to me answering any questions I had and pointing me in the right direction making sure I had a good shopping experience. Here is my problem. I observed a bald man with glasses (assuming the manager) treating his employees like dirt, talking down to them and wouldn’t even look them in the eyes when talking to them. This needs to be taken care of immediately. Those employees do not deserve to be treated in such a way, ESPECIALLY in front of paying customers. I hope this problem is solved soon. I am willing to go into more detail if you reach out."
