"Today I encountered a surprisingly rude experience at this establishment. I drove To old town bluffton to drop my dog off at the grooming place next door. I parked in front of this business with the intentions of dropping my dog off at grooming then returning to go to their store and buy from them and other local shops today while my dog was being groomed. Unfortunately, the grooming place messed up my appointment and did not call me to make me aware so it took some extra time of my car being parked there (still with the intention I had to be a customer at their store). When I returned to my car with my dog (total of maybe 10 minutes and there was still parking available for their store) there was an employee or owner not sure who it was that rudely exclaimed that “this parking is for store customers only!” in a tone that was completely unnecessary. I apologized and was trying to explain that I had Intentions of going into their store but she had zero regard or respect and turned around not listening to even ONE WORD I HAD TO SAY. It was so upsetting. I have worked in customer service for many years. You don’t know what’s always going on in someone’s life. Be kind. Be respectful. Be understanding."
