"I ordered a stole for graduation and received the wrong color. When I reached out they told me because of the wording (navy white vs. white navy) I had ordered the blue one even though on my confirmation the picture shown is the white one. There is no explanation of what the order of the wording means so when I put both in my cart I deleted the one with the blue stole picture. The owner told the manager to tell me that he has done this for 35 years and something like this has never happen and he can only give me a 35% discount. I am still a broke college student and I only set aside a certain amount of money for graduation and I cant afford to pay for another one. I even told them I would give them back the wrong one if I could get the color I thought I ordered according to the confirmation picture but they said no. I was told I should've confirmed when they called to verify the spelling of what was getting put on the stole but I didn't realize I had to and the staff never asked me anything about the color."
