"It took forever to get my mom a helper, we ended up having a friend apply for the position and train with them to help my mom. Now we are having a terrible time with our helper getting paid. She was hired and told she was approved for 20 hours a week to help my mom, but a month later her paychecks were still wrong! When she called and went through the gauntlet of departments, they told her my mom was approved for only 10 hours a week and regardless what she worked they wouldn’t pay her for the other hours she worked! Totally illegal and unprofessional! The ladies were yelling and cussing her on the phone like a bunch of high schoolers, not trained professionals. No wonder they have a hard time finding helpers...As far as I’m concerned go elsewhere if you can, these folks need to het their act together. We’re trying to work with the case manager to start working with a different provider! (Update: Owner reached out to apologize but nothing has been resolved)."
