"I got coffee on January 17, 2024 around 8: 09 AM and there was a black finger nail at the bottom of my drink. I of course did not find out about this until I stirred my drink around multiple times and drunk all my coffee. I was not happy about that and was only given a refund or remake of the drink as a resolution. It is evident that they are not wearing gloves when handling food and drinks which is a huge safety and health concern."
"Ordered via mobile app for walk in pickup. I was double charged and over half of the order was missing. What we did receive was disgusting and cold and completely inedible. The seasonal "loaded hashbrowns". Can't believe I even spent money on this garbage. Never again."
