Tell me why when i ordered a caramel cold foam iced coffee, somehow that got lost in translation and they must have thought I ordered the Let me dunk my "I just worked a 16 hour shift in the blistering south carolina heat" balls sweet cold foam iced coffee. Im here to reassure you, the paying customer, I have never consumed coffee with balls dunked in it, but if I were to presume what it would taste like, it would be the coffee I ordered. I'd rather do 25 to life in Atlanta State penitentiary than have to drink coffee from here again. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE."

"I order my normal coffee every morning before I head to work to mount pleasant sometime the service is very poorly especially the young black American young girl who is nasty just because my apple pay was keep blocking some reason I told her my apple pay was not blocked so she said well just take it and when I trying to tell her I was going to go head use my capital one credit card she closed the window walk away .I been going to your store for 6 years now and your employees need more training on how to service customers.i just going go head go Starbucks from now on .."

"I'm honestly surprised this isn't more popular than Starbucks at this point, the coffee is equally as good if not better, and then the food is just amazing especially their bragels. I definitely recommend this as an early morning breakfast. The picture attached is their seasonal peppermint mocha drink, and picture like presentation as always with the taste to top it off making this my first choice coffee chain"

"We went there this morning. The coffee is extremely good. The staff is knowledgeable and sweet. They have breakfast, like a small coffee shoppe would. The huge plus is they have a menu for kids drinks. Good for the whole family!!"
