"I went online and scheduled an appointment for Saturday on Wednesday morning. I received an email confirmation and a text message confirmation reference the appointment. Today, Friday, I recieved a phone call saying no one was available for the Saturday appointment. This was a major inconvenience because my spouse came from out of state to attend this appointment. I never got a logical explanation as to why this and other appointments were listed as being available on Saturday when there appears to be no advisor working on Saturday. If this is a computer glitch it needs to be rectified so other customers aren't inconvenienced in the future. Now there are no H&R Block appointments within a 70 mile radius available on Saturday. Customer service had a very positive and empathetic attitude but I still dont have a definitive way to resolve this issue on Saturday."
