"This insurance company is absolute trash. Zero communication, no response. Never sent me health cards. Stopped allowing me to pay my insurance bill? Horrible. Don't use them. Can't Can't cancel my policy cause I have no way to login there's always a problem. I'll have to wait it out and let it cancel its self I guess. What a joke."
"This might be the most incompetent company that I’ve ever had to deal with. I requested a letter from them stating that they provide me with health insurance. I need this for the school I go to so I don’t have to pay $1500 for the schools insurance. I requested from them almost a month ago and they said it would be 7-10 business days, because they can not email it to (but why? That would have been so much simpler). I’ve since called back 3 times, and have gotten a different answer each time as to why I haven’t gotten it. I called back today and they say that it has now been processed today (I called a week ago and they said they would send it out) and I should now see it in 7-10 business days. I asked if they could send it out priority mail, somehow get it to me faster, and they said no. They would not do that. I see the review about how they hate this company and I can absolutely see why."
"As both a licensed health insurance agent and a customer, I am appaled and in disbelief at this company. I will never sell for them again nor recommend to anyone. There is a very good chance I will not be back next year. The rates and coverage are good, if you can use them. Their customer service, helpline, and automated systems are all either non-existent, or dysfunctional beyond use. I have almost had my personal coverage canceled twice in a row through no fault of my own. Autopay does NOT work and the only way I could get in touch with anyone to help me is if I left a bad review on their app at the app store. Seriously. There was not one other way to get in touch with ANYONE. Not a single phone number or email address. The "contact us" section in their app was literally blank. Now, I must add that as of very recently they have added 1 contact number and 1 email address. I tried calling the phone number and surprise surprise the automated system to direct my call to a representative does NOT work either. To direct your call you are asked to type or speak your subscriber ID or last 4 of SSN. The automated voice will just tell you over and over again, no matter what you do: "Sorry I didn't get that, please try again." In addition, I have had to pay a double bill twice in a row (which guess what, I can't really afford, that's why my monthly bill is supposed to be HALF OF THAT) because of their autopay system not withdrawing my payment, and not sending me any sort of written or digital correspondence about the issue until ONE MONTH LATER WHEN THEY SEND AN EMAIL TELLING ME TO PAY UP RIGHT NOW DOUBLE OR WE CANCEL YOUR COVERAGE. Again, this has happened TWICE. IN A ROW. I could go on for a very long time about the other endless problems we've had with this company in the short time we've been enrolled, and even the ridiculous issues my own clients have had. Long and short, my professional opinion is that this is a garbage company that isn't worth anyone's time until they can get their act together and actually take care of their customers. My hope in writing this review is that someone in charge at Molina will see this and remedy this deplorable situation. That is, making the bold assumption that their actually IS someone in charge at Molina, and that said person is not as idiotic and dysfunctional as the company itself."

You will wait for 2 hours on hold, just to get ahold of someone, then that someone will put you on hold until the call just disconnects half an hour later. A person will easily regret ever signing up for this no good, overpriced insurance."
