Dunkin'

"Ordered a drink and food items on the mobile app. got there and they told me they had no food in the whole building and i had to request a refund myself though the app. it was only 11 am. this dunkin always sucks"

"I went into to Dunkin’ before a football tailgate with a large order. The staff (especially Jessica) was exceptional in being patient, kind, and considerate in completing that order of three dozen donuts, coffee containers, and individual drinks! Jessica came into work as I walked in and immediately came to my help and assistance! I would recommend this location to anyone!"

"I’ve been twice and there won’t be a third. The absolute slowest service I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. 10-15 every time; first time 1 car in front of me, second time only 2. Today when I finally go to the window I flat out told them I wasn’t paying. They did give it to me anyway but go figure, it was Luke warm. Never again."

"I normally go to another store but I was in this area and stopped in. There was no one to be seen immediately and when I did see someone they did not acknowledge me or greet me. I stood at the counter for about 3 minutes until a girl walked over and just looked at me and said nothing. I asked if she was taking my order and she said yes. I gave her my order and about 10 minutes later I received my cold brew and croissant. No one said thank you or have a nice day. The manager was walking out at the same time as I was and she didn't even speak. I was so frustrated I didn't realize that I didn't try my drink until I was almost home and it absolutely was not what I ordered. It was something caramel which I do not drink. I ordered a cold brew with this sweet cream topping. I will definitely frequent the other store and the local Starbucks before coming back here."
