"I just went and got me a coffee drink. I'm starting to not like this starbucks. Missing a good bit of my drink. Cashier was like well its the foam. Well let the foam settle and fill my cup. Then the ice is taking up a lot of space. Rip off. Very disappointed as I go here everyday 2x."

"Rude customer service, immediately felt uncomfortable walking in and the environment was lacking in warmth, physically and emotionally. Nidia was the one that took my order and when I asked for something, she responded with, "do you know you see it?!!!", very harshly. She also got my order wrong and it had to be remade."
