"I met Mrs. Green by way of a realtor over 4 years ago. I was interested in buying my first home and wanted to get my credit repaired to start this process. I signed up and in the first 30-60 days my credit score went up 60 points. I was so excited. As explained to me my scores would fluxuate during the process and it did. It was discouraging but I expected this. I was also told trust the process and follow the guidelines. I followed those guidelines and after 6 months my scores went from 493 to 620. And that was just in 6 months!!!!! Now I know every persons credit is different so the outcomes may be different. I also UNDERSTOOD (which is important) that every inquiry may not come off. IT IS UP TO THE CREDIT BEARU and THE DEBT COLLECTOR to remove things once they have been paid off or disputed. It is HIGHLY important that if you get a company to say they will remove the inquiry that you get that in WRITING. Some places do not agree to remove late payment history or even is you settle and pay off charge they may not agree to remove. They may just put the debt as satisfied. But for me the experience was worth it and I got the outcome I wanted which was a credit score that would get me and my kids into our first home. You cant please everyone but I AM PLEASED, so much so that I have decided to use her services again after being hit hard from the pandemic. "Save your coins! I was recommended to this company by my mom. Why did I listen to her when she never even used them before?! Absolutely, a waste of money that I most definitely regret investing my money in. I felt as I was giving out free money! No progress were made at all. I don’t even feel like she was keeping task of my documents. One time she called me for us to go over my monthly budget and we spoke about it twice because she stated she couldn’t remember if we’ve already went over it the first time. Very unprofessional! Why would I have to tell her what we went over already, when she’s supposed to keep up with everything! My advice is to try to fix your own credit. Join these two Facebook groups called Road To 750 and Credit Score Masters! The people in the group are absolutely the best people and they will try to help you answer every question you have!"

"I am leaving two stars because Mrs. Green is a nice lady however, the main things I wanted removed were not removed. I was referred by friend who later on told me they didn't get much done with her as well. I started this program in Feb. 2020 and its now Sept. 2020, I believe I have gotten two things removed out of my credit and that was in the beginning. At this point, I told her to stop doing what ever you are doing, I will fix my credit on my own. Also, it became hard to get in contact with her. She will tell me she would call me at a certain time and I will not receive the call so then I will call her and her assistants will pick up. There was one time I had to call a day and a half in a row to reach her."
