"After having several people not return my call, I decided to try Lighthouse. They actually answered my phone call!! (everyone one else I had to leave a message) They were able to send someone out that day to assess the situation, they spoke to the manufacturer of my on demand hot water heater to diagnose the problem. "I had a broken pipe in my yard by the water meter and the water wouldn’t stop running until I got it turned off at the meter. Once I did I called 4 plumbers. They returned my call very quickly and told me they could come out that afternoon. They called when they went and said that I did not have to leave work, they would take care of it, and send me the bill. I was pleasantly surprised by this excellent service. "My hot water tank was leaking through the ceiling, so I called a couple of plumbers. It was almost 5 PM, but Lighthouse came out within 15 minutes, assessed the situation, and stopped the leak. Josh even went to get his wet vac, and did a really thorough job drying the hardwood floors. A team came out the next morning and replaced the hot water tank. They made the whole experience so calm/easy after I was in a complete panic! And the charge was really reasonable! Thank you!"
