He even brought to my attention about my limits and possibly raising them a bit to cover me completely in case anything was to happen. "Kimberly has a real problem with customer service. She is very disrespectful and should not be able to work for a company like State farm. She is highly rude and its unacceptable. There is a way to conduct business and it does not start by harassing a long time customer about payments that were already made. Instead of listening to my concerns, she takes it into her own hands to tell me how things are going to go. I feel her professionalism needs major work. She is not willing to explain the policy, that I pay for monthly, in details. She does not apologize for her actions nor does she feel any regret from ruining a perfect day over a mistake. She should be fired immediately!!! I will be speaking to Mr. Hoke about this situation and hopefully they can get someone who is more qualified for the position."
