"Was excited to try this place based on the reviews and photos of nice lattes but was really disappointed. Lattes were not drinkable, the espresso was not pulled correctly, they had no flavor, it was just burnt hot milk from not having been steamed correctly (which really is not difficult). No microfoam or latte art. I can make a better latte at home using a cheap espresso machine. I asked for another one with an extra shot so I could at least taste some coffee - made absolutely no difference. Instead we queued again and ordered two regular coffees with milk. After waiting another long time we got served two black coffees filled to the brim, so I had to ask for some to be tipped out and milk added. Really not ok for a place thats entire point is to make good coffee. Cool interior and vibe, but without good coffee, I won’t be coming back. EDIT to address response to owner: I had actually asked for drinks to have in house, not 'to go', as I ordered food as well so I was disappointed to get them in to go cups - so it's not my fault I got a bad latte because it was 'how I ordered it'. The milk in the latte was not steamed correctly, it was burnt and scalding hot. I am used to the taste of light, medium and dark roast coffee, the reason it didn't taste good was because the latte milk was burnt and not steamed correctly, not because you use a medium roast. When I pointed out the latte was bad and not drinkable, your staff took no interest in why but offered to prepare another one. Similarly your response is on the side of trying to point out how I am wrong and the latte was actually good, rather than accept I was served a badly prepared drink. I've edited my review to 1 star to reflect how bad this experience was all round."

"Me and my husband were doing coffee samples in the greater Columbia area. Loveland is hands down one of the best cups of coffee in town. High quality coffee, excellent atmosphere, great customer service. Cool vibes! Only issue we had was parking, but that’s just because they’re so great that their parking was full! Loved it."

"One of the best cafes I’ve ever visited in Columbia. It has an incredible environment. Employees are very good. The coffee is incredible. You should definitely try the cinnamon roll and chocolate glazed & filled croissants.The music is great, the atmosphere is great, in short, everything is legendary. Do not pass up on this coffee break."
