"Had a busted pipe with the below freezing temps, Ark came out within a couple of days -- it's on a different line so I still had inside water but it needed to be fixed. Did a great job, very satisfied."
"Teresa went above and beyond to help schedule for our technicians Lane and Eli to get our gas fireplace working. They were very professional, polite, and very easy to work with. They will be our go to for any further plumbing needs. I'd rate them higher if I could."
"100% recommend and would hire again without hesitation! Tory, the owner, looked at two bathroom remodel projects I had and gave me a very reasonable quote. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently and considerately (protected the rest of my house from the noise, dirt/mud tracks and tile dust) and had the first demo and new shower installation done in two days. They did excellent work with attention to detail and referred to me with any questions that arose. They ran all new plumbing lines to the new sink and toilet, in that bath, too. It turned out beautifully! The second bath was a complete ensuite renovation with all brand new fixtures. We ran into a few hiccups, but that can sometimes happen with bigger projects. The important part is how issues are handled. I spoke with Theresa over the phone several times and she was patient, understanding and responsive. Tory followed up, was solution-oriented and made sure every final detail was handled with excellence, professionalism and courtesy. They installed a new clawfoot tub and filler, vessel sink, faucet and toilet with all new ingoing and outgoing plumbing lines. The design called for very specific placement of the fixtures and the team was working with some high-end components. They handled everything with kid gloves, taking care not to damage vintage furnishings, resulting in the spa bath I had dreamed of! I cannot thank the team at ARK Plumbing enough for making both bathroom dreams a reality!"
"Had a broken water shut valve. They were easy to schedule with and were easily able to fix my issue. Randall knew exactly what to do and was very friendly and professional. I plan to use Ark Plumbing again for any plumbing needs."
"I had a shower leak from the bottom of the shower. I assumed it was likely to be the drain. Called Arc and they came out and said it wasn't my drain it was behind the shower head. And thry would have to cut a hole in the laundry room to access and assess the leak. I asked if it could be the valve and it was determined to be the valve. And an access hole would still have to be cut to be replaced. Once the repair was made, on the return trip two days later as they did not have a valve needed on the truck, I then find out they do not fix the sheet rock and don't have a access panel to cover it. So now it is my responsibility to finish cut and find a panel that will fit and cover it. How much did it cost you wonder...650.00 for a valve replacement. The part can be found online as cheap as 70.00 on average of 130. Their mark up made it 250 for the valve. 30 for a service call and 360 for 3 hours labor and 15 miscellaneous. Am I happy it's fixed, yes. About the redicilious price, no... And the hole in my wall that I have to fix...NO! Not to mention when they was running the water to find the leak they didn't bother to clean up the water. The sheet rock dust from cutting, yes, they vacuumed it up. They was polite and curtious and prompt...does it make up for the price gouging? No..Caveat Emptor...buyer beware! If I had know I had to cut a hole in my wall to fix I could and would have done the repair myself. Photo of hole is after I cut it to even the cuts to find a access panel to cover it. Oh and if you don't pay cash that's another charge on top of the price. I luckily paid cash. Update: I just cleaned my shower as it was dirty from the repair and I was procrastinating cleaning it till today two days after the repair. And discovered damage to the floor drain where they was hammering and trying to force the floor drain out the top where it has to be removed from the bottom. And then not say anything about the damage or fix it."
