"The lady that I called to get the "from because you're online system gave me one price for 1548 and wouldn't let me proceed with making a payment to start my policy she said there No policy started with My name and had to proceed to make a Whole new policy. Then she tells me that the policy itself is higher at 16:47 and explained no its 1548 so how was it higher now? She says that because I don't I want to add roadside coverage that it's going to make my policy higher which to me makes absolutely no sense because every time I've added roadside assistance to anything it's always changed my policy as an increase. Next I explained to her that I signed up for the direct drive program that offers a discount and when I do that she crunches some numbers and it gets the number to 1568. I just go ahead and agree to to that price and she proceeds to run my card.. After the transaction was complete the card was charged 1647 which was higher than the agreed upon price. Canceled policy, got refund same day. NEVER SIGNED DOCS! AT Midnight 11/1/22 my card was charged 1647 again and now im told im getting a check in mail! BEWARE OF THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!."
