"Great customer service! Worked with my schedule to assist me with the paperwork to transition over from NC Retirement."
"Amazing spot!!! Full open bar in the back, great company culture. They work hard they play hard, Mr.Schwab personally meets every new client with a warm smile and big bear hug."
"John and Cameron are very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for helping my elderly relatives with your step by step instructions. They are happy to be working with professionals such as you."
"The Charles Schwab guys were awesome and very helpful. John greeted me at the door and was very courteous. Then Cameron helped me out big time with setting up some long term retirement goals and financing. Overall I'm very pleased with the whole experience!"
"Investing at any level has inherent risks that are to be expected and well understood on the part of the investor. I opened a very small account here about 45 days ago at the insistence of a penny stock trading “friend”. As soon as I realized the value of my account in less than a month, I pull him off. Yet, after that, he was 1) able to put in his check, which BOUNCED, 2) make further trades 3) throw my account into fraud. My account has been locked well over a week. Despite numerous constant contacts with the 800 numbers, I learn tonight that my account is being closed and liquidated. Just a couple of issues here......1) the consent was pulled from the other person on the 29 th of March. Ben in the Irmo office said they would scan it and it would be almost immediately. 2). The penny stock person , J. Rabon (does not work for Schwab), was able to deposit a $50 no good fraudulent check in my account, as well as make trades later than the 29th. 3). I went to pick up a copy of the consent today from Cameron at the Irmo Office. He would not give the check it to me, but gave me the consent form. I told him I don’t want account numbers, just a copy of the check showing NSF. He wouldn’t do it. Bear in mine, I still can’t access my own account yet. I have been working with Ben Neem at the 800 number. Everyone tells me they have to email the fraud department, the can’t call. Great job to have when you can hide. Ay any rate, Ben has been very nice and has called me with updates as well as offered me FREE trades due to the inconvenience. Strange....he couldn’t come to the phone tonight.....that’s when I was told my account was being liquidated. When I asked for details....”Charles Schwab has the right to”. Ok...details. He repeated. I asked for someone above his pay grade that could do more that give me a pat answer. I will get one tomorrow. I have Accounts at Edward Jones, Wells Fargo, BB&T but you can bet there will never ever be one at Charles Schwab ever again. I just became the their best anti advertising ever. Guess there’s a reason they charge per trade and penny stocks. Let the big boys handle the big stuff. At least they know what they are doing."
