"Choice warranty assigned my electrical claim to FIXIT. My appointment was scheduled for today, 11/6, from 3-8pm. Absolutely ZERO communication from them. No confirmation text/email/call. Called and left a voicemail at 3:30 to see if anyone was coming. No reply. Sent a text. No response. If you’re not going to pay attention to the home warranty customers, then maybe you should cancel your contracts with them."

"My home warranty (CHW&AHW) have been sending these guys since 2021. This the 5th time they've done this! They don't show up. They don't text back or respond to voice-mail. The one time they did show up they took my money and never returned. They also flooded my laundry room changing out thermostats on the hot water heater that never worked after they left. I ended up paying out of my pocket for a new hot water heater, and the install. Its a bot that takes these jobs and you're just left hanging. Complaining to my warranty folks to remove them hasn't done any good either."

"They never confirmed the appoint or showed up. When you call one number you a can with a full mailbox, the other you get the same recording, but neither number returns calls or answers texts. My daughter and grandson are having to do with heat thanks to them not doing their job! And it was in the 30’s last night. Definitely would not use them!!! And apparently I’m not the first bad review!!"

"Horrible please look at the reviews; this guys don’t know what they are doing.. took my money miss diagnosed my issue; never came to fix the issue after the repair was authorized by the warranty company; they really unprofessional, nd have no integrity, hardy heating nd air took good care of me; check him out that’s one guy that know what’s his doing.."

"This is the worst company to work with in the world. Fix it has ghosted me on appointments they set, they show up at the wrong times when we set appointments, and they never answer their phones. I would NEVER use this company ever! I wanted them to come fix my fridge, and it’s been 3 months. Guess what…. Surprise….it’s still not fixed. I had to use them because they are contracted with my home warranty, and I finally am getting a new company to come out because it has been a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and call somebody else to fix appliances."
