"These people did shoddy work, there were holes in the wall that had to be filled Holes in the floor that had to be filled, doors don't shut unless they're slammed, waited on four separate occasions for y'all to show up to fix an electrical problem and no one ever showed up. Had to call for a different company to come out even though y'all are the ones who were supposed to do the work. I've had no problems with my septic system I did have some problems with the draining system that was once again supposed to be completed by y'all but was not even hooked up. Crosby's cleaning and septic actually had to come and fix your screw up. And then on top of all these problems the first big rainstorm we had we found out at four of the windows weren't properly sealed and leaking, obviously something else that someone else had to fix because y'all didn't do the work right."

"Save your money and dont apply. I applied 8/31/21 and today is 10/16/2021 and have never gotten a straight answer on availability. These people took my money and never had intentions on renting. The buildings arr in horrible shape. Everytime i called or stopped by it was a different excuse. Initially before i applied they told me the townhomes would be available the third week of September at the latest. Still no answer on when it would be ready. Dont do it. Some guy sits in the front and talk about how he's been doing tgis a long time...7 years i believe... Absolutely zero help."

"BUYER BEWARE!!! We tried to hire J&W to repair a fence that has been blown over. The two guys were not on the same page and it took more than a week just for them to get an estimate to me. I approved the estimate and more than 10 days later no work had been done. The worst part is I would email/call/text and I would rarely get a response. Oh, and his voicemail was full! I finally told him I could not wait any longer and found someone to come out the next day. I requested a refund by phone (although he doesn’t pick up and voicemail is full), email and text with no response. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the transaction. J&W is not worth the headache!"

"I have had enough with the owner of this company. I hired Kelyn Jones to build me a game room oh course in the beginning the talk was good until it became small talk. He has gotten paid over $10,000 and the game room foundation hasn't been completed. Contract has been breach on several occasions and then on top of that the joker have the nerves to ignore calls and texts. Its always an excuse of why things are not getting done. Kelyn Jones I want a Full Refund of my money, I have been entirely to patient with you and your small talk. There is no excuse to why it has taken over 5 months to complete a month job. Stop ignoring my calls because eventually you will have to face me. I wish I had never went with this boggiest company and must I say I am very pissed. Next will be the news and court for I am tired of these fraudulent contractors. Please do not use this company to do any form of service for you if you know like I no you will be very sorry. It is Feb 16 & this fraud bomb still hasn't given my money back, I will have him on the news soon."
