"Except for the guy that actually did the work, this was just horrible. I made an appointment that the guy showed up an hour late for without letting me know he was running late, only to find out he was only there to give a price. My second appointment was made, and at the last moment, I called them only to find out they couldn't make it until 7 at night. Wasted my entire waiting for work that wasn't going to get done, and no one called to tell me. I made another appointment and set myself up as first call, and was told they would be here between 9 and 930. Again, no call when no one showed by 930. We had to call them only to be told they wouldn't be there until 11. They finally showed up at 1115. After the one fella did all the work (and he was the only bright spot in this entire ordeal), they hand me an invoice with an extra 80 dollars added to the quoted price telling me that was the charge for coming to my house and gas costs. This company is being run extremely poorly, and I will never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone."
